Descripción:This review tries to put into perspective the importance of the contribution of theOrigin and Development of Neoliberalism in Costa Rica: Its Impact on Public Policies and Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic (Origen y Desarrollo del neoliberalismo en Costa Rica: su impacto en políticas públicas y efectos de la pandemia del COVID-19). This book characterizes in its ten chapters by meet a ones scholar with different perspectives theorical and analytics; this fact in “Origen y Desarrollo” makes to become an artefact culture polyphonic, in another words the book is a scenery where the authors discusses their ideas and arguments. One scholars’ group have said that neoliberalism must be overcome urgently and the other academics group are in opposition of this argument, these scholars are holding that Costa Rican must be to transcend the patriarchal protectionist economics and advance to a policy liberal culture and freedom market. The review takes critical position, which opens to proposes “new” routes of reflection about neoliberalization of culture and culture industries with regard the main debate.
