Description: | This article analyzes two Central American novels: El hombre de Montserrat (1994) Dante Liano (Guatemala) y El corazón del silencio (2004) Tatiana Lobo (Chile-Costa Rica) from the notion of literatura as a place where experiences are shown and produced. We argue that both novels are a place where memory and historic knowledge reside. This argument is constructed form statements created by the Romanist Ottmar Ette and philosopher María Teresa López de la Vieja. |
