| Cur Síos: | Como resultado de la investigación sobre el proceso docente-educativo a desarrollar en las unidades docentes, para la ejecución de la forma del proceso denominada práctica investigativo?laboral; se ha elaborado un modelo para la relación universidad?empresa, que es la propuesta que se presenta en el trabajo. Las insuficiencias en esta relación han sido, históricamente, una de las resistencias al desarrollo eficaz y eficiente del proceso de formación de los profesionales universitarios en el trabajo y su causa principal ha sido el carácter marcadamente empírico de su concepción, para contribuir a darle un fundamento científico a la misma, se incluye una sistematización de la epistemología del tema. As a result of the investigation on the educational process to develop in the educational units, for the execution in the way of the process denominated investigative labor practice; a model has been elaborated for the relationship university-enterprise, that is the proposal that its presented in the work. The inadequacies in this relationship have been, historically, one of the impedances to the effective and efficient development of the process of the university professionals' formation in the work and their main cause has been the empiric character of its conception, to contribute to give a scientific foundation to the same one, a theoretical systematizing of the epistemology is included on the topic. |
