| Miêu tả: | The Community Development Associations (ADC), that exist since 1967, became the base of autonomous-cantonal effort to achieve improvement in quality of life to people in a given geographical location. The significance of these groups for the national socioeconomic environment is descriptively addressed, according to the powers granted by Community Development Law 3859 and the rest of legal framework. From grounded theory it was possible to arrive at the establishment of administrative theoretical pieces, about communal development, applying investigative techniques as the content analysis to primary sources of National Directorate of Community Development (DINADECO) and semi-structured interview to several of their headships. |
