Description:The Accumulation, Transmutation, Realization (ATR) Planning model is a sports training periodization method applied to achieve optimal physical shape prior to competitions in athletes of different disciplines. The main characteristics of this planning model are described here, as well as a possible way to apply the model in the educational and basic training environments. Its implementation in taekwondo training is used as an example, which has proven to be successful. The effectiveness of implementing this model must be empirically verified.
