Description:The topic of the article is the study of the landscape as an argumentative element in the speech De lege agraria of Cicero. It studies the inventio of the argumentation employed by Cicero in the context of the political proposal of the Agrarian Law of 63 B.C. in Ancient Rome. The framework is a combination of deliberative speech and the topics of Aristotle's Rhetoric and modern references to the landscape as a concept.
