The academic contribution seeks to shed light on some of the challenges and issues encountered within the framework of this Costa Rican legislation, in the face of the everyday scenarios in educational realities from both the student and teacher perspectives. Through a qualitative analysis, a comprehensive examination of the law is conducted; additionally, a quantitative study is employed to analyze its practical implications in the various Regional Departments of Education within the Ministry of Public Education of Costa Rica. The findings reveal normative deficiencies in the law's implementation within the educational context, as well as a series of practical divergences based on the data corresponding to each of the Regional Departments of Education. |
