| বিবরন: | This article analyzes the legal and institutional framework of public participation in matters related to the management of the National System of Conservation Areas. It seeks to identify the main provisions contained in Biodiversity Law N° 7788 and related regulations setting forth the SINAC’s functions to promote, facilitate, encourage or consider public participation in the exercise of its powers and institutional actions. It further analyzes the topic of shared management or co-management and the legal difficulties encountered in the implementation of this tool. |
