| Deskribapena: | Within the analysis of criminal liability, the concepts of action, satisfaction of all offense elements, wrongfulness and culpability are of obligatory study, and although its construction delayed a decade, could be considered that there were agreements about the ways to analyze them. Professor Juarez Tavarez, takes up the study of the unlawful (which includes the satisfaction of all offense elements and wrongfulness) and accomplishes an innovative and above all, respectful proposal of the human person, both on its content and on its way to analyze it. |
