| Descripció: | From the period of 2018 to 2019, the Research Center for Women’s Studies (ciem) led a major initiative to problematize sexism in the University of Costa Rica (ucr). From a qualitative approach, female students, teachers, and administrators were consulted about this form of discrimination in the university’s context. This article systematizes the identified manifestations, where the presence of sexism in the university’s environment and its impact on women’s work and academic life is verified. |
