| Beschreibung: | This article aims to show some results of the development of extractive production and environmental conflict in two provinces of Costa Rica. Most of the analyzed conflicts were caused by residual contamination from extractive units. In most cases, the local judicial system has not been able to provide solutions to conflicts. |
