| その他の書誌記述: | Throughout this article, we pretend to spread out the word about the “Administrative Environmental Tribunal”, endowed with the tutelage of the environmental laws and the natural resources, where every citizen, physical person or enterprise, can sue when there are violations in those areas. Also, we try to publicize the good results the Tribunal produces not only in Costa Rica, but also worldwide, since protection and prevention of natural resources is everyone´s responsibility. The different governments, the States and their institutions, the people, and each and everyone of us who live in this world must take due knowledge that development must be done in a sustainable way, not considering that the environment is an obstacle for development. For this reason, the knowledge of public organs such as the “Administrative Environmental Tribunal” is important to claim rights, take legal actions when someone breaks the environmental laws and bring a correct protection to the natural resources. |
