Descripción:The relationship between Freemasonry and women has attracted historiography`s analysis for the past several years. Studies have multiplied in order to make the presence of women in the lodges visible and to communicate the opinions Mason men expressed about women as members and about their condition in society in general. This article describes the great historical milestones of this relationship and clarifies the investigative landscape made so far. The history of this relationship is part of the history of Freemasonry and in particular, that of Spain.
