Descripción: | The teachers of the Master of Criminal Sciences of the University of Costa Rica issue a statement concerning the need to formalize a legal instrument that safeguards the minimum guarantees of the adult population deprived of freedom, through a Execution of the Penalty in Costa Rica. In a systematic analysis of the entire Legal System, taking into consideration the International Treaties, the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Chamber and the Law of the Constitution, the Congress is in debt to the legal-real context in discussion: the adult population deprived of freedom and its permanent legal insecurity.
