Descripción:We present a case of a 59-year-old male patient, who was of the physical examination showed multiple lesions in the extremities and a deep one in the anterior thorax with loss of epithelial and subcutaneous tissue. He is taken to the operating room to perform surgical scrubbing and antibiotic coverage is started with cefotaxime and clindamycin as well as prophylaxis against tetanus and diphtheria. Later he moved to Plastic Surgery of the San Juan de Dios Hospital for reconstructive process. In ourcountry; attacks by Crocodile bite have been increasing significantly, with the South Zone the sites with the highest number of attacks of this type.
