Description:In this document the critics made by Raventós and Jensen to the article “Genetics and behavior” are rebutted. Four topics were selected: 1) it determines that the antipsychotic drugs appeared twenty years after the hereditary conception of the schizophrenia; 2) it has been considered this discussion is very pertinent, not byzantine or irrelevant, because risky epistemic practices continue happening in genetic investigators; 3) even though any human behavior is exempt of constitutional influence, the biologist’s focus has been overstepped when it pretends to explain everything genetically, disconfirming overlappingly the importance of personal history; and, 4) it sets up that the biological investigation overvalues the genetic anomalies against the social history, so it only pretends caution. It intends to investigate hope in a genetic way with the objective of saturating humanity with this kind of explanations, by this mean reach faster a coexistence based on tolerance and respect.
