Descripción:Neoliberalism has imposed new forms of capital restructuring which not only has led to a reconfiguration of the scale politics but also a discussion on space-time compression. However, the discursive production of new urban forms under the new neoliberal system of Flexible accumulation cannot be explained from the neopositivistic and neoclassical tendencies. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the forms of scalar spatialization of the discursive political practices through the urban-architectural forms established in the example of Guerrero Chimalli in Mexico.
