Descripción:In this paper I study the Law of Repression of Freemasonry and Communism (March 1, 1940) and the Law of Political Responsibilities (February 9, 1939) against Freemasons in Franco's Spain. The regime arbitrated a series of measures: seizing assets, economic sanctions, imprisonment, and executions. This was carried out in a complex judicial framework such as the Boards of Seizure of Assets, the Special Court against Freemasonry and Communism, the Courts of Political Responsibilities and later, the Court of Public order. A good part of their documents has been preserved in the Archives Center of Historical Memory and other state archives.
