| Описание: | The associations public - private (APP, PPP) they are modalities of collaboration of the private sector with the public sector, with the objective of finding the necessary financing for the construction of public works and the benefit of public services. Without a doubt, it constitutes a tool of bigger participation of the private sector in the sphere of works and services in charge of the State, justified in the thesis of the very common one or the very public one. |
