| Deskribapena: | The objective of this paper is to analyze the necessity of incorporating conscious gender perspective, not formally, in public health policy formulation and the citizen’s rights acknowledgement. The insufficient acknowledgement of inequality among sex is identified. These inequalities produce inequity in “daily activities management”, in the insufficient implementation of male co-responsibility in sexual health and reproductive health policies and rights, and also in the acknowledgement of gender epidemiologic profiles. Recommendations for gender category instrumentation in social practice are proposed. |
