| Miêu tả: | This article measures the wage gap between men and women, which is attributed to discrimination, and traces its evolution throughout the 1990s. It uses the econometric method developed by Oaxaca and Ransom in 1994 to measure the wage gap attributable to differences in productivity and discrimination, specifically with regard to the wages of salaried workers. |
