Descripción: | Public Institutions and Government Agencies have right ofownership of literary works that are produced as intended by National Legislation. Although the legislation is cleared, the institutions not always register their work in the National Registry of Copyright. A particular interest is the case of the National Elections Commission to determine which works have been registered and which not, and the reason they haven’t. |
