Descripción:The purpose of this document is to describe the training and continual updating of teachers at the Escuela Nacional de Biblioteconomía y Archivonomía(ENBA), It was conducted a study of field, using as a tool for gathering the information a questionnaire, where the results are not intended to describe a list of courses or academic events in those who have been involved teachers in this institution, but, itis trying to elucidate what elements cognitive, attitudinal, evaluative and interaction with students is favoring the teaching and learning process in the different educational institutions at the Hispanic American level in the librarian field. In this case will be discussed the situation of teachers in Library Science in the ENBA, which belongs to the SEP, who are in these moments in the process of incorporation into the InstitutoPolitecnico Nacional in Mexico.
