Mobbing is anotherform of social violence, not so new butlargely untouched, that severely harms thehuman and labor rights of those who enduresuch situation. Therefore, it demandsan urgent attention of public health authorities,companies and organizations. Its comprehensiveapproach will generate knowledgeand, especially, awareness as well as an ethicalapproach to one of the most devastating formsof hostility towards human beings in everydaylife and under ordinary conditions. |
