Community Practices at the National University of La Pampa, a territorial device in Nursing training

| Diğer Bilgiler: | The Community Practices developed in 2024 within the University Nursing program at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the National University of La Pampa are developed as a pedagogical-territorial mechanism embedded within the critical outreach and comprehensiveness of university functions. Using a qualitative, interpretive, and territorial methodological strategy, a corpus of final reports prepared by students and contributions from community organizations is examined. These reports are organized using an analytical matrix built around six conceptual cores: territorial relevance, dialogical construction, design and implementation, knowledge and experience, community and institutional impact, and critical systematization. Analysis of student reports reveals significant learning related to recognizing complex territorial issues, redefining the professional role within a community context, and valuing local knowledge. It also highlights findings associated with building dialogue and demonstrating creativity in intervention proposals, along with persistent challenges such as time constraints, difficulties in site-specific planning, and heterogeneity in the critical reflection achieved. This highlights the need to strengthen pedagogical and institutional support to deepen their territorial and educational impact. |
