Descripción: | EVEPRIM 6 (Spanish acronym for Virtual Education for Sixth Grade Primary Students) is a project developed by Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica throughout the second semester of 2020. Its main purpose was to support the education system of Costa Rica due to the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the main goals of the project was to analyze different types of educational resources that can be used in distance education. This was done for developing educational tools that can be used by teachers, parents and sixth year primary school students. In the end, two interactive books were created. The books are aimed at students, teachers and parents, and the main content focuses on the areas of Numbers and Algebra. Also, 43 videos that explain the subjects of the books were created. All the resources follow the five disciplinary areas given by the Ministry of Public Education of Costa Rica. Resources are free to use and share and can be access at www.tec.ac.cr/eveprim. |
