Description:This essay emphasizes that leadership is a key factor for improving academic performance. This is so because leadership sparks excitement, motivation, assertive communication, and it fosters teamwork among teachers, students, and the principal. Further, this essay explains how leadership is currently provided, why it is important, and how it relates to the educational context. Finally, it explains how assertive communication, listening, and motivation are related to academic leadership as these key elements for an improved academic management.
