Descripción:Nowadays it seems undeniable that the national religious matrix has mutate. The agent’s religious practices and beliefs are now struggling between the apparent religious indifference (atheism, agnosticism, and in a softer way, the laicism) and the closeness with the Catholicism, add up to the searching of new cults by the people. This neuralgic issue, requires the attentive analysis of the social scientist, since the changes produced in the core of the religious configuration may have unexpected consequences that cannot be ignored nor minimalized. The current investigation, pretends to determine if the transformation in the Colombian religious field does have or does not have a real impact in terms of individual political deliberation and formal participation.
