Descripción: | The framework and assumptions of the international regimes theory may explain the interactions and outputs of the non conventional rules and arrangements adapted by BRICS during their evolution on the grounds of economic growth and development.The identification of a particular regime lays of several inputs of political economy and not exclusively on trade performance. Lessons left by theso called Asian Tigers during the 90s reafirm the fact that even with high value of trade as percentage of GDP; these countries did not show enough regime conditions in terms of cooperation which eventually made then vulnerable at times. The BRICS regime there fore encompasses social,political and human development challenges in line with environmental governance and human progress associated to the high levels of economic growth. Prospects for the BRICS regimest ability will depend upon cooperation to overcome poverty, corruption,and lack of education and health |
