| תיאור: | This article analyzes the representation of women and gender in the publications of the Revista de Historia between 1975 and 2025, with the aim of examining the evolution of debates within Costa Rican historiography in this field. The study employed a qualitative methodology with an interpretive-descriptive approach. Data analysis was conducted through the development of a documentary matrix and the coding of articles based on analytical categories. The main conclusion is that while the journal’s engagement with women’s history has been intermittent, its publications reflect the broader phases of this historiographical field and highlight the ongoing challenges it faces moving forward. |
