Descripción:In planning Programs, Projects, and Academic Activities (PPAA) at an Art School within the National University of Costa Rica (UNA), it is essential to evaluate the impact of each action on the core areas that ensure educational quality, knowledge management and dissemination, curricular innovation, and engagement with the national and international artistic community. Artistic-academic management is defined as a branch of the artistic discipline dedicated to strategically organizing and articulating academic-creative and dissemination processes within the Academic Units of the Center for Research, Teaching, and Artistic Extension (CIDEA). Each artistic discipline has specific requirements and processes, such as curatorship in visual arts or the selection of instruments and styles in music, adapting to the particularities of each field. This analysis focuses on the processes of artistic-academic management in the Dance School at UNA, highlighting its importance for artistic and academic development in the university context.
