| Diğer Bilgiler: | Chance encounters with stranded cetaceans on beaches are valuable opportunities to document their presence. The discovery of a photograph of a stranded cetacean in 1984 enabled the analysis of its morphological characteristics, which concluded that it was a Ziphius cavirostris. This is the second encounter for Honduras and the first for the island of Roatán. |
