| その他の書誌記述: | This paper provides a philosophical analysis of the conceptions and applications of medical processes throughout history. The analysis assumes that different human societies have different conceptions of what it is “to be ill”, and as such each group has its own culturally determined healing procedures. However, the influence of Western medicine on culturally diverse groups generates communication conflicts –among others– which ultimately affect the patient. This paper approaches these problems from an anthropological perspective. |
