Description:Introduction. The explanatory lines and conceptualizations about neoliberalism are described, and the limitations of existing analyses for the critical-reflective study of the characterization of productive subjectivities in the current capitalist mode of production are exposed. A disruptive alternative is used to address the relationship between neoliberal phase, subjectivity and education. Objective. The purpose is to characterize the new productive subjectivities of neoliberal capitalism through an interrelational, humanist and materialist model of analysis, based on the epistemology of complex systems, to generate a new knowledge strategy about the phenomenon under study. Methodology. Founded on the documentary review, the advantages of the synergistic application of inter- and transdisciplinary paradigms are explained, and the design of an analytical model is begun that uses the theoretical and methodological contributions of Karl Marx, the New Humanism and, mainly, the Theory of Complex Systems of Rolando García, for the achievement of the stated objective. Results. A diagrammatic model of systemic analysis is created that provides a characterization of the new productive subjectivities of the neoliberal phase in the interaction of the macro-micro social dimensions of contemporary capitalism, focused on the process of university professionalization, interdependently linking paradigmatic changes in the educational, labor and consumer fields. Conclusions. The innovative functionality and interrelational dynamics of the complex system model created for the characterization of new productive subjectivities and their configuration in the historical temporality addressed are demonstrated. The potential to contrast different theoretical and empirical aspects in an interdependent manner is evident. Correlations are established that make it possible to transcend biased or fragmented views of the social phenomenon under investigation, and a novel epistemic strategy is constituted that deepens the materialist and humanist implications of the transformations in the attributes of the studied subjectivities.
