Описание:Issue 19.1 of Siwô’: Journal of Theology and Socio-Religious Studies, corresponding to January-June 2026, presents the dossier, VI International Seminar: Latin America. Societies in change. Transformations in the religious sphere, with the papers presented at the homonymous meeting organized by the Ecumenical School of Religious Sciences of the National University (UNA), from October 27 to 29, 2025. Likewise, the other articles show the thematic heterogeneity characteristic of this publication; with issues that encompass the analysis of the iconographic type of the Virgin Mary, patron saint of Costa Rica, the biblical-theological rereading of Job from a queer perspective, the digital sermons of Pentecostal pastors on domestic violence in Chile in 2020, the “lived hagiography” in the ritual of the Christ of the Ribbons in Costa Rica, the interpretation of dataism as a techno-scientific “new religion”, and an ethnohistorical approach to a group of LGBTIQ+ Catholic people in Costa Rica.
