その他の書誌記述:The relationship between geographical landscape, geological conditions, land use planning, and risk management is very narrow. Human groups have settled on a surface that holds their own physical and environmental specifications. The vital importance are the studies and research of geographical and historical, to design policies of land use as a preventive and generating action of effective mechanisms for the significant reduction of vulnerabilities and threats arising from the occurrence of natural events. Community management to reduce risk is indispensable, becoming increasingly more evident that no society is more vulnerable and susceptible to the detrimental impact of disasters, regardless of their origin. The management of risk in educational institutions is a prevailing necessity, if it is considered that many of these are in areas that have geo-environmental situations and social unfavorable for the safety of the educational community.
