Descripción:Silver economy reflects the economy of the elderly, 55 years and over, whose participation by 2021 in the Peruvian context represents 17.75% in both genders, 18.21% women and 17.28% men. However, an upward trend is perceived in the following years. Due to this, it is analyzed the reality of the silver economy in Peru, as well as its growth prospects, applying for such purposes a multimodal systematic review methodology, selecting 37 sources with a cross section. Results show a convergence of 8 generations in society and, consequently, in the economy; notorious changes in the structures of pension savings systems, both public and private; the management with a short-term approach of the State regarding the release of pension funds; 3 aspects for the promotion of the silver economy: consumer, entrepreneur/entrepreneur and work. Finally, the study of social programs in the elderly, motivation for participation in voluntary pension savings funds and export of services to elderly people in developed countries is recommended.
