| Descripció: | Proper management of the San Juan River Basin and its maritime-coastal zone is a responsibility shared by Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Despite the attempts in recent years to magnify the conflicts related to the San Juan River, driven by sectors on both sides of the border, it is imperative to develop collaboration between the two countries in order to mitigate degradation and develop a action plan for the management of the San Juan River Basin. |
