Descripción:This text offers an analysis of the right to education of children and adolescents in rural areas of El Salvador, as a fundamental right and a duty of the State in compliance with ratified international conventions and treaties. This topic requires an analysis of the challenges presented by access to education for children and adolescents from the context before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, which required a change in the modality in the development of the school year. Consequently, it is intended to expose possible alternatives to face the challenges identified through the application of positive actions aimed at their accessibility, budget, among others that, for example, are aimed at reducing the existing digital divide. Taking as a parameter that the right to education must be based on the principle of absolute priority and superior interest.
