Descripción: | In this paper, we will discuss three positions that, from our perspective, represent critical-alternative conceptions of human rights. Specifically, in the context of critical theory, decolonialism, and legal pluralism, we will discover shared elements to consider their affinity in proposing spaces of vision intricately intertwined to struggle, the construction of viable alternatives, and, consequently, the consolidation of utopian horizons. The Latin American sociopolitical experience is pivotal to this conception that we undertake to review. |
