その他の書誌記述:This article presents a study conducted in the context of the health emergencycaused by COVID-19 at the National Autonomous University ofNicaragua, Managua (UNAN-Managua). The health crisis promptedthe adoption and consolidation of new forms of pedagogical mediation,influenced by post-pandemic educational dynamics and technological advances.The study aimed to analyze the perceptions of university studentsand professors regarding the transformation of pedagogical mediation invirtual learning within emerging digital ecosystems during the COVID-19pandemic. The research followed a qualitative approach with a descriptivedesign, focused on understanding the experiences of the universitycommunity during the transition to virtual teaching modalities. The mainfindings indicate that, during the health emergency, learning processescontinued through emerging digital ecosystems, which included platformssuch as WhatsApp, Moodle, and YouTube, among the most frequentlyused. Students reported feeling accompanied during tutoring sessionsvia video calls, which fostered more interactive communication and agreater sense of pedagogical closeness. However, the limited availabilityof technological resources generated uncertainty and inequalities in participation. In this regard, the study concludes that virtual pedagogicalmediation plays a crucial role in the construction and transformation ofemerging learning strategies, particularly in crisis contexts that demandflexible and adaptive responses.
