Esto sirve como punto departida para tratar, por una parte, las implicaciones que, a partir de un análisis principalmentedogmático basado en normas constitucionales venezolanas, derivan de dicha denuncia, y paraplantear, por otra parte, posibles consecuencias que se siguen de ello.AbstractThis paper deals with the main arguments of the Venezuelan government for its withdrawal from theAmerican Convention on Human Rights.
