| Descripció: | The persons that make up an institution should organize themselves for teamwork. Within these institutions, leaders, hierarchies, and tasks arise and evaluations take place. In short, the group builds an organizational culture that has a direct effect on the processes and products of their work. The author presents several alternatives to better capitalize on teamwork. This article is very useful for teachers working in the different levels of the educational system, from preschool to higher education, and for administrators of public and private institutions. |
