Descripción:This presentation addresses personal branding as a key tool to stand out and differentiate oneself in today’s job market. It describes the importance of being aware of the management of both the real self and the digital self in order to project an image to the people we interact with, both personally and professionally. It also aims to identify how personal interactions and the proper handling of social media engagement contribute to building a distinctive, coherent, and beneficial personal brand. The session will discuss essential elements for developing an effective personal branding strategy, such as verbal and nonverbal communication, soft-skills management, and personal presentation.
