| Descripció: | The present writing is the result of research affiliated with the Institutional Recognition Program «Co-producing on the Margins: Co-narrated Stories» from the Gino Germani Research Institute, FCS, University of Buenos Aires (UBA). The overall objective was to critically analyze the work processes of the National Rescue Program (PNR Spanish acronym) in interventions aimed at victims of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, from a perspective of human rights and gender. The research utilized a co-production methodology in dialogic encounters involving UBA students, teachers, and researchers, PNR workers, and representatives from the Office on Human Trafficking and Extortion Kidnappings. As a result, the interventions of PNR professionals are highlighted, as they face a dual set of obstacles: one at the macro-social level and another at the micro-social level. The conclusion drawn is that the work processes of the PNR are oriented towards shaping a «good victim», who, far from gaining autonomy and their own voice, responds with as much discipline as possible to the criminal process and is effective in fulfilling that role. |
