| Descripción: | With the purpose of analyzing how the refunctionalization of spirituality is employed in business and institutional organizations to increase productivity and manage control over the working class within the context of late capitalism, an exploratory and qualitative approach was carried out through bibliographic and documentary analysis. First, spirituality was examined in the development of societies and its transformations within the capitalist system. Subsequently, its depoliticization and fragmentation were discussed in relation to bourgeois productivity. Finally, the study analyzed how these practices are incorporated into business and institutional management, concluding with critical reflections on the ways in which capitalism instrumentalizes spiritual dimensions to optimize productivity and shape social control. |
