Reduction of the dimensionality of the perception of the quality of the external bus transportation service of the university of costa Rica based on the application of the analysis of the main components

الوصف:The analysis of the main components allows to generate a reduction of the dimensions of the problems with a minimum loss of information. In this particular case, a reduction is achieved from 14 original dimensions to 3 dimensions for the case of the student transport service of the University of Costa Rica and to 4 dimensions for the regular public transport service. The identification of these dimensions of the perception of the quality of public transport services from the user's perspective could be used as an input to prioritize interventions and improvements in the services provided.
