Descripción: | This article aims to demonstrate and highlight the symbolic, ritual, spiritual, and restorative aspects of indigenous justice in the Nasacommunity, located in southwestern Colombia, by focusing on the understanding of their worldview. Methodologically, it involves the analysis of documentary sources supported by semi-structured interviews with community members. The main finding was the identification of the symbolic, ritual, and restorative foundation of the community's legal practices, which aim for a resocializing purpose. Finally, it is important to note that the indigenous worldview reflected in their concept of justice has a deeply spiritual nature and pursues restorative goals, which is evidenced, among other aspects, in the bodily remedies used by this native peoples. |
