Descripción: | This article presents the results of a descriptive research, using a qualitative approach, conducted to understand how five Costa Rican organizations have contributed to the development of their neighboring communities. As part of the research, a comparison was made between the needs identified by community leaders, the efforts made by the organizations, and the vulnerabilities detected through national development indicators (IPM, IDS, IPS) for those same regions. This revealed a significant gap between diagnostic management and the planning and allocation of resources for development. |
