Descripción: | This article systematizes the achievements and opportunities for improvement implemented in the execution of the Commitment of Improvement of the English Teaching Bachelor’s degree of the National University, Omar Dengo campus, during the years 2019 and 2020, after its second reaccreditation by SINAES in 2019. A selection of proven practices carried out in the components of the Curriculum, Academic Staff, Student Performance, and Alumni is presented in a mixed context of face-to-face and emergency remote participation. Furthermore, due to the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, adjustments and modifications were made to the work plan, and therefore the programmed activities were managed and executed to maintain the major’s quality standards. |
